Wendi's Web Page

So, this is me or us?    Martin is the one on the left.  I am the one on the right!  Bet it would have taken you a while to figure that one out.  So here is to saving brain power.  Anyways, this is a picture of us late January 2006 at the House of Blues in the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.  (If you get the chance to go, I had the smoked turkey wrap.  I don't usually order that sort of thing but after I did, I was really impressed.  Try it for yourself!) I had a great idea to buy Martin a Las Vegas trip for Christmas.  He was really excited.  But about 30 minutes later he told me, "I would rather go to Disney World."  UH yeah --me too.  So that trip followed in May.

We have two great kids, Payton Blair (April 1998).  That is her in the pic above. She loves school.  She is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.  That was her dad's idea.  I wasn't to sure of it at first but at least she will never be picked on at school.  This year we are trying something new.  SOFTBALL!  She is on a team called, "The Blast."

Then there is, Connor (Boy) Sloane (September 7, 2001).  The "boy" is because Payton wasn't sure what he was when he was born. So, she would introduce him as Connor Sloane Boy.  And as luck would have it, the name has stuck.  That is how he introduces himself.  And he is quick to correct you if you don't get it right.  Yes, please pray for him.  Do we sound like the Walton's or what? But it is better than what our friends and family wanted us to call him.  OK here it is- Montana Montoya.  Oh please, we won't even go there.

MY NEPHEWS...

I have one sister,Lisa.  And her and her husband, Jeff Clary, have twins.  Cute as they can be and as different as they can be.  Check out the picture of Connor, Logan and Reagan.  Yeah, Christmas was a whole lotta fun this year, especially when they got their new gas powered 4 wheelers.  They are into trains, boats, big trucks and hooking everything up to there tricycles or 4 wheelers.
